INFORMATION AND CONSENT

The General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27th of April 2016, hereinafter “GDPR”) and the Portuguese Law “ Lei n.º 58/2019, de 8 de Agosto” shall ensure the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data.

According to the Law, personal data refers to any “information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person, “the data subject”); an identifiable natural person is one who can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identifier such as a name, an identification number, location data, an online identifier or to one or more factors specific to the physical, psychological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural or social identity of that natural person.”

By accepting this Privacy Policy, the user gives their express, free and unequivocal consent to the personal data provided through the website https://www.miguelstanley.com to be included in a file belonging to Lifezest, S.A. (Miguel Stanley), whose protection of personal data complies with the appropriate technical and organizational security measures.

Lifezest, S.A. (Miguel Stanley)  maintains a database with the registration of its clients composed only of the personal data provided by the data subjects at the time of registration, which are collected and processed automatically by Lifezest, S.A. (Miguel Stanley), the entity responsible for the processing of the personal data (“Controller”).
