Would you use water jets to clean your teeth at home?

Good brushing habits are key when it comes to having good and clean teeth. But there are new devices that help you keep a good oral hygiene and using water jets is starting to become more and more normal.

The water jet is a device that uses a pulsating flux of water to help remove plaque and food between the teeth and help clean under the gum line. Of course, the use of this water jets doesn’t exclude brushing from the usual hygiene routine.

It’s very easy to use and it can be a big help to people using braces, because it can reach the crevices that the brush usually can’t.

It should be used with warm water and a low pressure, for beginners, aiming the jets at a 90 degree angle and cleaning the teeth all around.
