Carnival in Venice

Carnival in Venice

Last week, Sasha and I travelled to Venice. We arrived on Wednesday, the 4th, because Sasha’s birthday was on the day following our arrival. We were truly excited to participate for the first time in the great spectacle which is the Carnival of Venice.

We were there with some friends from several corners of the world, who slowly started to arrive on Thursday.

I must say that Venice at this time of the year is truly impressive. As soon as we arrived we took a walk in Piazza San Marco and everybody was dressed up like we were living in the 18th Century. After that, we went to the famous café where Casanova used to take his lovers and it was really amazing to watch the parade go by: it’s as if we had traveled back in time! Wow!

It was such a remarkable experience and so much fun! It’s something everybody should do at least once in their lifetime!

I really brought some amazing memories and stories with me!

Accelerated aligners with photobiomodulation

When I first heard about clear aligners in the early 2000s (the US Food and Drug Administration approved the use of clear aligners to straighten teeth in 1980), it must have sounded like science fiction. The fact that it was created in Silicon Valley by people who had nothing to do with the dental industry, in seeking solutions that do not require complicated appliances in the mouth, is really an incredible story.
